Method: 0.75% ropivacaine 10ml was used in cadual block; anesthesia effect, genesis time and anesthesia effect duration were observed as well as complications of the caudal block.
方法：采用0.75%罗哌卡因10 ml做骶管麻醉，观察麻醉效果、麻醉起效时间、麻醉维持时间、术中与术后并发症问题。
